We hope that you’ll love your Saltopus items! However if you are not happy you can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund (less the postage costs) or to exchange it for a different size.
Please email us at email@example.com and wait for our reply before sending anything for return. You will need to include the following information:
Reason for return (e.g. wrong size)
Action required (e.g. exchange for different size)
Contact email/telephone number
Refunds and exchanges will usually be processed within 5 days of receiving the item(s). If you request an exchange for a different size or colour, the replacement item will be sent to you free of charge. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different style we ask that you return it for a refund and complete a new order for the new item.
For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or have been un-opened and are still in their original packaging. This includes socks and underwear.
We ask that all items are returned in their original condition. Tags must still be attached and items returned in the original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, smell of smoke, are covered in pet hair or anything else. If any item is deemed unsaleable when we receive it, it will not be accepted for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you.
We do not currently offer a free returns service. The cost of returning items must be paid for by the customer and all goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend using a tracked service to return items.
Please package all items securely and include a copy of your invoice in the parcel.
